Do I need tools to assemble this product?
Most of our products are designed to be assembled without any tools. However, a few exceptions may require glue or additional equipment. You can find this information in the product's description. To ensure a more enjoyable and stress-free building experience, we recommend having the following essentials on hand:
- A craft knife for precise cutting
- Quick-drying glue to securely bond pieces
- Tweezers for handling and placing small parts
- Sandpaper or a nail file to smooth rough or uneven edges
- Mini clamps or clips to hold pieces in place while the glue sets
- Batteries for any included LED lights
Pro tip: Set up a clean, flat workspace with good lighting before you begin. Arrange all pieces on your desk and sort them by number, type, or according to the instruction manual.
What are the shipping rates?
The shipping is a flat rate of CHF 9.00.- per order.
Fill your cart up to CHF 100.– or more, and shipping becomes free as a little thank-you from us.
When will I receive my order?
We’ll prepare your order with care and get it on its way as quickly as possible.
Shipped orders will usually arrive at your door within up to 3 business days. During especially busy periods, there may be small delays, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving smoothly.
I want to return my order, how should I proceed?
Changed your mind? No worries! You can return items within 14 days as long as they are unopened and complete. Please contact us first by email before sending anything back.
